About the role

As a People Operations Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team and the organization's overall growth. You will be responsible for managing various HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. You will also work closely with managers to ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Administer and maintain employee benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Work closely with managers to communicate and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with HR audits and investigations
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
