We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for each section that has content. Use
  • for lists,

for prose. No job title heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove "What's next?" and application instructions. Also remove hashtags. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Sections present: - "What We’re About" (intro paragraph) - "About Your Role" (description) - "What You'll Do" (list of responsibilities) - "What You'll Bring" (requirements/qualifications) - "Nice To Have Skills And Characteristics" (nice-to-have) - "Why join us?" (benefits/perks) Potential sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map to headings: Use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should not create sections that lack content. Pay and Schedule not mentioned, so omit. We need to include About the role (maybe combine "What We’re About" and "About Your Role"? Actually "What We’re About" is company overview; could be "About the role"? The instruction: use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content accordingly. We have: - About the role: could be the "About Your Role" paragraph describing role. Also maybe "What We’re About" could be a company overview but not required heading; we could include as a

before sections? The instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. It doesn't forbid having a preamble paragraph before headings. Probably okay to include a

    for company overview. Thus structure:

    What We’re About ...

    About the role

    About Your Role ...

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    • ... list items from "What You'll Do"

    Requirements

    • ...
    • from "What You'll Bring"

    Skills

maybe for Nice To Have? Could be "Nice To Have Skills And Characteristics". Could map to Skills heading. Or could be Qualifications? Actually Qualifications could be the requirements. But we already used Requirements for mandatory. Nice-to-have could be Skills. We'll do

    Skills

    with list.

    Benefits

list from "Why join us?" (perks). Use
    • . We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each bullet exactly as in text. Let's extract bullets. We should keep the bullet text exactly, including punctuation. Now produce HTML. We need to wrap each list in

What We’re About At Harrison.ai, we’re redefining what’s possible in healthcare. Through our diagnostic AI solutions, we’re building tools that support clinicians to deliver earlier, more accurate diagnoses and raise the standard of care for millions of patients worldwide. Our mission is bold but simple: to scale global healthcare capacity and create a fairer, healthier world. By using AI as a co-pilot for clinicians, we’re tackling one of healthcare’s biggest challenges, the shortage of human expertise, and giving every patient the chance to access timely, high-quality care, no matter where they live. Because while we’re building cutting-edge AI, what we’re really building is hope—that everyone can access the healthcare they deserve. And we’re just getting started.

      About the role

The People Experience Lead, US partners closely with the Chief People Officer to shape and deliver the people vision for the US team, spanning Harrison.ai and the non-clinical people services Harrison.ai Services provides to Frontier Radiology, an affiliated US teleradiology practice. This is a senior generalist role across the full employee lifecycle: performance, leadership, culture, capability, wellbeing and talent, operating with a high degree of autonomy and judgement. The US team is young, deliberately small and building a clinical delivery business from close to first principles, with the backing of an established global scale-up behind it. This role will be pivotal to designing those core people processes in an AI-native, squad-based operating model. Much of the US population is clinical, so we are looking for someone who has supported clinician groups before, whether radiologists, physicians or other licensed clinicians, and understands what the people work looks like around them. Rather than managing the team, the role coaches and mentors both the People Experience team and peers across other squads, lifting people capability wherever it is needed. It suits a senior generalist who wants real autonomy in a three-day week and partners day to day with our Managing Director/Founder, US squad and the wider leadership team as a trusted people advisor.

      Responsibilities

      • Partner with the Chief People Officer to shape and deliver the people vision, strategy and priorities for the US team

      • Own and continuously improve US people programmes, processes and policies, including multi-state employment compliance, benefits and leave, keeping them fit for a remote, AI-native, squad-based organisation
      • Partner with the Credentialing, Licensing & Privileging Manager and the physician recruitment team so people processes join up across the US team, without taking on credentialing or clinical decisions
      • Coach and mentor the People Experience team, building their capability and confidence
      • Use people data and insights to identify trends and drive proactive, evidence-based decisions
      • Champion Harrison.ai's culture and values, and lead engagement, wellbeing and belonging initiatives across a distributed US team
      • Manage complex or sensitive employee-relations matters with sound judgement and discretion, escalating to the Chief People Officer and US counsel where needed

      Requirements

      • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and executives to shape and deliver people strategy
      • Deep, hands-on expertise across the full employee lifecycle: talent, performance, remuneration, engagement and employee relations
      • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a track record of building capability in others without direct management authority
