People Excellence Partner
About The Job
Reporting to the People Excellence Partner Lead, the People Excellence Partner (PEP) is responsible for delivering People & Culture (P&C) excellence and enhancing the employee experience through employee centered initiatives, core P&C processes, and enabling self-service. This role combines strategic partnership and forward-thinking advisory responsibilities with hands-on execution, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness and focusing on high-impact initiatives that drive business outcomes.
The PEP plays a dual role: acting as a trusted advisor for core P&C processes, employee experience initiatives, and organizational transformations, while also leading managers and employees through Performance Improvement processes — providing coaching, guidance, and consultative support to create a high-performing, healthy work environment.
This individual takes initiative, operates with a sense of urgency, and thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
