Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred; three or more years of experience delivering training in a corporate or instructional setting, with hands-on experience working with Benefits Administration platforms or related systems acceptable in lieu of degree.
Technical Skills and Requirements
- Skilled in developing training and quality assurance processes that are efficient and meet the expectations of the department.
- Strong knowledge of enrollment process and various enrollment types.
- Skilled in the development and maintenance of process, procedures, and quality assurance documentation.
- Knowledgeable of department-level databases and data procedures (Access, SQL Server, etc.).
- Efficient at working independently or as part of a team to deliver solutions and easily adjust to new environments and tool sets.
- Efficient in maintaining overall divisional and enrollment partnerships and subject matter expertise.
- Proficient at communicating ideas, specifications and status updates to both technical and non-technical professionals.
- Detailed knowledge of AFA products, technology, tactics and processes.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and highly motivated.
- Efficiently work and produce results within the structure of divisional enrollment and project needs.
- Demonstrate commitment to meeting organizational, department and team goals and objectives with a strong focus on deadlines and deliverables.
