Responsibilities
- Create programs that enhance relationship building and executive presence across various roles
- Collaborate with leaders and experts to identify learning gaps and align solutions with business needs
- Translate technical insurance content into accessible, learner-focused programs for critical skills development
- Develop comprehensive learning materials, including e-learning modules and facilitator guides
- Facilitate interactive sessions that enable discussion, skill practice, and application
- Measure effectiveness of learning programs and refine approach based on feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, education, human resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in learning and development, facilitation, coaching, or instructional design
- Strong focus on soft-skills development and communication
- Experience in the E&S insurance industry, particularly in underwriting and related workflows
- Proven success in program design for diverse audiences, including early-career professionals
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal communication skills, for both in-person and virtual environments
- Ability to leverage AI in designing and delivering training experiences
