Summary:QTI is partnering with a well-established, privately held commercial real estate organization to identify a Partner in Training (PIT). This unique succession-planning opportunity is designed for a future leader who will ultimately support and lead an established Wisconsin market. The selected individual will relocate to Maryland to complete a structured four-year leadership development program focused on acquisitions, development, construction, leasing, and property management before transitioning into a regional leadership role. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about commercial real estate and motivated by the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up while preparing for long-term leadership responsibilities. Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, onsite during standard business hours. Compensation: $125K/year, based on experience, plus additional incentive opportunities. ResponsibilitiesParticipate in a comprehensive commercial real estate leadership development program.Gain exposure to property management, leasing, development, acquisitions, construction, and asset operations.Learn how to evaluate, acquire, develop, lease, and manage commercial real estate assets.Assist with lease negotiations, tenant relations, budgeting, portfolio management, and property operations.Support development projects, construction initiatives, and site evaluation efforts.Develop an understanding of underwriting, acquisitions, contracts, and investment strategy.Build relationships with internal stakeholders, industry partners, brokers, contractors, and vendors.Shadow senior leaders and gain firsthand exposure to strategic decision-making and business operations.Prepare for long-term leadership responsibilities within an established regional market. EducationBachelor's degree required.MBA or Master's degree in Real Estate preferred.Candidates who do not currently possess an advanced degree must be willing to complete one prior to the end of the Partner in Training program. Qualifications:Required:3+ years of commercial real estate experience.Strong interest in commercial real estate development, investment, leasing, construction, or property operations.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to relocate to Maryland for a structured training and development program.Preferred:Experience in commercial real estate development, acquisitions, brokerage, leasing, construction, property management, or related fields.Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to lead and grow a business operation.Demonstrated leadership potential and strong business acumen.
