About the Role

ATA is seeking a People & Culture Intern on a part time basis for the 2026/2027 academic year. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources within a dynamic and innovative environment. As the People & Culture Intern at ATA, you will engage in diverse projects and receive real-time training focused on HR functions. This includes exposure to talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational culture initiatives. What You Do

  • Collaborate with People & Culture Team: Work closely with established People & Culture team within Allianz Technology of America to support various HR functions and initiatives, particularly leveraging new and emerging AI technologies.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Employee Engagement: Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs and activities.
  • Learning & Development: Support the planning and execution of training sessions and workshops aimed at employee growth and development.
  • Organizational Culture: Contribute to projects that enhance company culture and promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Leverage AI to develop solutions to technology needs.

What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited four-year degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Ability to work on-site in Golden Valley 1-2 days/week.
  • Prior internship or work-study experience preferred, with preference given to rising juniors and seniors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • A passion for fostering a workplace where every person feels welcome, connected, and valued.

Schedule

  • 20 hours per week October 2026 – May 2027, with opportunity to shift to 40 hours per week for summer 2027.
  • 1-2 days/week in Minneapolis, MN (potential to split into half days to coordinate with class schedule).

Pay

The hourly pay rate for this role is $23/hour.
