What You Can Expect
- Project Management: Collaborate with the HR Director and HR Manager on key projects related to compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and talent management.
- Recruiting & Hiring: Get hands-on experience in the recruiting process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating the interview process.
- HR Compliance & Employment Law: Learn about the application of employment laws, especially in areas like employment eligibility and confidentiality.
- Employee Benefits & Payroll: Support the management of employee benefits, assisting with new hire enrollments and troubleshooting issues. You'll also learn about payroll systems and how they integrate with HR processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet application is essential
- You should also be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
