About the role
The ideal candidate will support the Peninsula Signature Events Department at The Quail, providing administrative assistance and managing guest services.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support
- Communicate with guests via phone, email, and in person
- Act as a hub for entrants, VIPs, and staff volunteers
- Aid Event Staff in interactions with operational departments
- Maintain ticket sites and assist with ticket communications
Requirements
- Availability from June-August
- High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred
- Experience in catering and events coordination strongly preferred
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent organization skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Must be able to work early morning, day, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Skills
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel and office equipment.
