Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing tailored education in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure and BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Pelvic Floor Therapy or willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Pay

• Base Salary: $80,000–$95,000/year (based on experience and market factors).
• Monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds.
• Sign-on bonus available in select locations.
