Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Role Overview: Under physician supervision, the Physical Therapist conducts evaluations and develops treatment plans tailored to patients' physical, developmental, and psychosocial needs. They provide guidance to interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care and perform related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: Must have a B.S., M.S., or DPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and hold current licensure in the state. No prior experience required. Certifications include a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or completion within probation. Must demonstrate knowledge of evaluation and treatment principles for various diagnoses. Physical demands include heavy lifting, bending, standing, and the ability to push 40 lbs, pull 60 lbs, grip 50 lbs, and pinch 15 lbs. Competency with equipment and modalities is essential.
