Pega Technical Lead - Manager - 00070056901

We are seeking an experienced Pega Technical Lead with 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC/Pega Infinity development. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Lead System Architects (LSAs) to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance BPM and Case Management solutions in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Pega applications following Pega guardrails and best practices.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation solutions.
• Configure and develop:
  • Case Management
  • Data Pages
  • Flows and Flow Actions
  • Decision Rules
  • User Interfaces
  • Integrations
  • Correspondence and Notification features
• Work closely with Lead System Architects (LSAs) to implement enterprise architecture standards and reusable frameworks.

Work Model

This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Austin, TX or Memphis, TN. We support a healthy work-life balance through various wellbeing programs. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• CSSA Certification (Mandatory).
• CSA Certification (Mandatory prerequisite).
• Working knowledge of AWS.
• Healthcare experience (preferred).

Pay

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $150,000, depending on experience and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
