About the Role

This position involves designing and developing Business Process Management applications using Pega PRPC technologies, with a focus on end-to-end Pega Infinity application architecture, case management, data modeling, integration, and UI strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Pega Infinity application architecture, including case management, data modeling, integration, and UI strategy.
  • Design and implement DX API-based front-end integrations for web and mobile channels (React, Angular, or other UI frameworks).
  • Define and govern application guardrails, reusable components, and performance standards.
  • Build PEGA REST service APIs, SOAP services, and consume WSDLs to create JMS services/listeners.
  • Guide and mentor System Architects and Senior Developers through design and code reviews.
  • Implement PEGA authentication methods and IAC/MashUP solutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, customers, and offshore teams on software development, testing, debugging, and implementation.
  • Provide updates to scrum masters, managers, and project leaders on sprint progress and deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews, demos, and guardrail compliance checks to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 10+ years in designing and developing applications using PEGA PRPC technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation architecture and low-code fusion delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum) development methodology.
  • LSA (Lead System Architect) certification.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Must-Have Skills

  • End-to-end Pega Infinity application architecture (case management, data modeling, integration, UI strategy).
  • DX API-based front-end integrations (React, Angular, or other UI frameworks).
  • PEGA REST/SOAP services and JMS services/listeners.
  • PEGA authentication methods and IAC/MashUP solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Java/J2EE experience.
  • Experience with WebSphere.
  • Prior work in banking, financial services, or regulated industries.
  • Collaboration with offshore development teams.
  • Experience in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments.
