About the role
We are seeking a Relief Peer Specialist for our Respite Program. Peer Specialists play a crucial role in making respite services welcoming, comfortable, supportive, and responsive to individuals who utilize them within our residential and community programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide support, information, and assistance to individuals served in navigating community-based resources and services.
- Support persons served on site and in community settings.
Requirements
- Certification as a Peer Specialist preferred.
- Must immediately begin and diligently work toward certification process if hired without certification.
- Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and regular access to a reliable vehicle.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a person in recovery who has, at times, received mental health services.
Skills
- Personal experience and knowledge of navigating the greater system of care.

Pay
$22.27 hourly, additional $1 for CPS, additional $2 for CARC.
