About the role
Supports the mission of the organization by providing peer mental health crisis support services.
Responsibilities
- Provides immediate crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing mental health crises.
- Collaborates with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Conducts regular training sessions on mental health first aid and crisis intervention techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health crisis support.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
