Pediatrics Nurse Navigator

Join our team as a Pediatrics Nurse Navigator We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing care and care coordination within a pediatric specialty practice. Key Responsibilities Include Supporting clinical care by assisting with examinations, procedures, and treatments, including medication administration and nursing procedures.Serving as the primary contact for patients and families, coordinating appointments, referrals, and follow-up services.Providing patient education on treatment plans, wellness goals, and available resources.Facilitating communication between patients, families, providers, and specialists to ensure seamless care.Maintaining clinical operations, including preparing exam rooms, managing supplies, and supporting urgent situations.Ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with infection prevention and regulatory standards. Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN license.CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.Strong clinical assessment, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Basic computer and electronic medical record proficiency. Preferred skills: pediatric nursing experience, care coordination, case management, and a passion for patient education and family-centered care.
