PEDIATRICIAN

About the role

We are seeking a board-certified or eligible pediatrician to join our team in Gem County, Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric care to the rural community of Gem County, Idaho.
• Manage and care for children in both primary and urgent care settings.
• Handle patients with complex medical needs under supervision.
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists in the Boise Metro area for more complex cases.
• Work closely with the Pediatric Residency of Idaho and Full Circle Health as a rural training site.
• Perform inpatient pediatric hospital care as needed, with support from nursing resources.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
• Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program.
• Eligible to obtain Idaho medical licensure, including controlled substance registration with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy and the DEA.
• Eligible to participate and receive payments from Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance companies.
• Free of any OIG exclusions.

Schedule

The schedule is a traditional clinic work week, Monday through Friday.
