Key Responsibilities
- Provide well-child care, including physical exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric illnesses
- Counsel and educate patients and families on health, nutrition, safety, and preventive care
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab work
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and other providers to coordinate patient care
- Adhere to all clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Pediatrics residency program
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
- Active (or eligible for) [State] medical license
- Current DEA registration
- Current BLS and PALS certification
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Schedule
- Full-time — three 12-hour shifts per week (3x12s)
- Compressed schedule offering four days off per week
- Shared on-call rotation (evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled)
- Inpatient/newborn coverage as needed
