Pediatrician - AdventHealth Lake Nona

About the Role

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a board certified/board eligible Pediatrician to join a new practice located in Lake Nona, Florida, opening early 2027. The new practice will provide needed access to Pediatric Primary Care for families in the fast-growing Lake Nona area.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric primary care services
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APRN and/or PA-C)
• Perform minor office-based procedures including, but not limited to: circumcisions, vaccinations per AAP guidelines, CLIA waived labs
• Share practice call coverage for evenings and weekends
• Work a set schedule, which may include early morning and/or evening hours to meet patient needs

Requirements

• Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure)
• Board Certification in Pediatrics (or Board Eligibility if less than 3 years out of training)

AH Lake Nona is located on a 60-acre health and wellness campus with many services opening November 30, 2026. The hospital will start with 55 licensed beds (expanding to 335 at full build) and include:
