Role Overview

The Pediatrician provides outpatient and inpatient care at a community hospital, focusing on delivering high-quality pediatric services in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outpatient clinic with an average of 18-22 patients daily, working Monday to Thursday and Friday mornings with a modern EMR system.
• Perform inpatient rounding and provide call coverage, with a shared schedule of approximately 10 days per month and low callback frequency.
• Support delivery and nursery services, averaging fewer than 8 deliveries monthly, excluding NICU responsibilities.

• Strong clinical skills in pediatrics with the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Adaptability to seasonal fluctuations in hospital volume with a flexible approach to inpatient duties.
