About the role
The role involves providing well newborn care, high risk delivery attendance, and newborn stabilization. Responsibilities include daily rounds, discharges, and coordination of transfers to higher levels of care.
Responsibilities

- ED pediatric consults
- Pediatric patient care within the Pediatric Observation Unit
Requirements
- Board Certification/Eligibility in American Board of Pediatrics

Benefits
While we are starting with 55 licensed beds at opening, the number of licensed beds at full build will be 335. We will start with 5 ORs, 2 Endoscopy suites, and 2 Cath Labs.

The schedule consists of both restricted (in hospital) and unrestricted 24-hour call (from home) resulting in approximately 6 shifts per month.
