Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (PDN) - RN/LPN - 1:1 Ratio

The Role

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric private duty cases in Verona, Missouri. Nurses provide focused, skilled care in patients' homes, managing complex care needs including trach, ventilator, and G-tube care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home
• Manage complex care needs such as trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring
• Build a real relationship with one family who will come to know and rely on you

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license
• Pediatric experience is a plus (training provided!)
• Eligible to work in the United States
