About the Role
We're hiring RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric private duty cases in Missouri. You'll work one-on-one with a child or young adult in their home, providing focused, skilled care. Cases vary in acuity and often involve trach, ventilator, or G-tube care.
- 1:1 patient ratio — one nurse, one patient, every shift
- Multiple pediatric cases currently open, with flexible scheduling options (days, nights, or weekends)
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home
- Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring
- Build a relationship with the patient and their family
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Pediatric experience is a plus (training provided)
- Experience with trach care, vent care, G-tube care, seizure care, and medication administration is a plus
