The Role
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric private duty cases in Purdy, Missouri. You will provide focused, skilled care in a child or young adult’s home.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home
- Manage complex care needs, including trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring
- Build a real relationship with one family who will come to know and rely on you
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Pediatric experience is a plus
- Comfort with clinical skills or tools such as trach care, G-tubes, ventilators, or electronic charting is a plus
