Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (PDN) - RN/LPN - 1:1 Ratio

About the Role

We're hiring RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric private duty cases in Missouri. You'll work one-on-one with a child or young adult in their home, providing focused, skilled care. Cases vary in acuity and often involve trach, ventilator, or G-tube care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home
• Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring
• Build a relationship with the patient's family

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Pediatric experience is a plus (training provided)
• Experience with trach care, vent care, G-tube care, seizure care, and medication administration is a plus

Pay

Pay is discussed at interview and based on experience. Earn premium pay:

• Weekday Overnights: +$2/hour
• Weekend Days: +$3/hour
• Weekend Overnights: +$4/hour

Schedule

Multiple pediatric cases currently open, allowing for flexible scheduling including days, nights, or weekends.
