About the role
Pediatric PDN (Private Duty Nurse: LPN or RN) - Home Health - Full Time, Weekdays (LPN or RN) - Indianapolis (East Side, IN)
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in their home environment.
- Assess patient’s health status and develop care plans accordingly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as an LPN or RN in the state of Indiana.
- Experience in pediatric nursing preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.
Skills
- Proficient in using medical equipment and devices.
- Knowledgeable in pediatric health and care practices.

Pay
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
