About the role
The Psychology Division in the Department of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children’s Hospital is seeking a clinician-educator neuropsychology faculty member at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with subspecialty medical teams to serve pediatric patients treated for a range of chronic and acute medical conditions.
- Provide targeted and comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation, consultation, and limited inpatient evaluation.
- Teach and supervise neuropsychology post-doctoral fellows within the APPCN-member fellowship program and interns in the APA-accredited internship program.
- Contribute to the academic mission of the College through independent and collaborative research/scholarship opportunities.
Requirements
- A doctorate in clinical, counseling, or school psychology with a specialization in neuropsychology from an APA or CPA approved program.
- Completed an APA-accredited psychology internship.
- Completed a postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology that complies with the training guidelines of APA Division 40.
- Licensure or license-eligibility in Texas.
- ABCN board certification or ABCN board eligibility.

Skills
- Strong clinical skills in neuropsychology.
- Excellent teaching and supervisory abilities.
- Ability to conduct research and publish findings.
