Pediatric Neurologist - Academic Faculty Position

About the role

The Department of Pediatrics at Albany Medical Center is seeking a full-time Pediatric Neurologist to join the faculty of The Bernard & Millie Duker Children’s Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient care in pediatric neurology
• Participate in the teaching and supervision of medical students and residents
• Contribute to the growth of specialized programs in epilepsy, neuromuscular disorders, or other areas of interest
• Engage in collaborative, interdisciplinary patient care within the Children’s Hospital

Qualifications

• MD/DO or related degree with board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Neurology
• Interest in general pediatric neurology; subspecialty training in epilepsy
• Commitment to clinical care, teaching, and academic medicine

Pay

We Offer a Highly Competitive Benefits Package, Including Competitive base salary range for Assistant Professor $216,615-$236,615. Additional rank to be determined based on experience.
