Pediatric Neuropsychologist

About the role

Nemours Children’s Hospital, Florida, is seeking a full-time Pediatric Neuropsychologist to join their growing team in the Division of Neurology in Orlando. This role offers an opportunity to build a program from the ground up within a rapidly expanding neurology service.

Responsibilities

• Completing epilepsy presurgical work up
• Epilepsy post-surgical follow up
• Functional MRI testing
• Cortical mapping for localization of eloquent areas of the brain
• Supporting other clinical programs like neuromuscular, neuroimmunology and headache
• Spending the bulk of their time on patients with epilepsy, neuromuscular, developmental delay, neuroimmunology issues and other common neurological conditions

Requirements

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology
• Doctoral training and internship at APA-accredited programs
• Two years of postdoctoral fellowship training in pediatric neuropsychology
• Licensed or license-eligible in Florida
