Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

About the role

Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing, supporting patients with skilled nursing needs under RN supervision. This role emphasizes building meaningful patient relationships, delivering consistent care, and working in a safe, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care tailored to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership.
• Follow clear care plans and safety protocols, including CDC guidelines.
• Utilize the Employee Portal for scheduling and communication.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (in person required).
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or ventilator care.
