Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

About the role

This role involves providing one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care, focusing on supporting children with skilled nursing needs. The nurse collaborates closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership to deliver consistent, high-quality care in the child's home environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized nursing care tailored to each patient's needs
• Follow established plans of care with RN oversight
• Maintain safety and infection control standards, including PPE usage
• Utilize an Employee Portal to request shifts, stay connected, and earn rewards
• Participate in training, earn CEU credits, and receive clinical support as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Active LVN license in the state of practice
• Current BLS/CPR certification (in person)
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or ventilator care
• Ability to build meaningful patient relationships and work independently
