Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

About the role

Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing, supporting patients with skilled nursing needs in a home setting. Collaborate closely with RNs and clinical leadership to deliver consistent, confident care, fostering meaningful patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Follow clear plans of care
• Utilize PPE in line with CDC guidelines
• Maintain safety standards
• Offer compassionate, focused care tailored to each child’s needs

Qualifications and Skills

• Active LVN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification (in person)
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or ventilator care
• Ability to work independently within a supportive team environment
