About the role
Join our team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in pediatric home health, providing focused, one-on-one care in the home setting.
Responsibilities
- Delivering skilled nursing care to pediatric patients, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Collaborating with registered nurses and clinical leadership to develop and follow plans of care.
- Providing personalized care that fosters meaningful patient relationships.
- Maintaining compliance with safety and CDC guidelines, including PPE use.
Qualifications and Skills
- Active LVN license in the practice state.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (in-person required).
- Experience with G-tube, trach, or ventilator care or willingness to train.
