Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

About the role

Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care in a supportive environment. Collaborate closely with RNs and clinical leadership to support children with skilled nursing needs, ensuring safe and effective care delivery. Emphasis on building meaningful patient relationships, following clear care plans, and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pediatric nursing care in patients' homes, adhering to plans of care with RN oversight.
• Use PPE and follow CDC safety guidelines to ensure safety.
• Utilize an easy-to-use Employee Portal for scheduling, communication, and rewards.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification and relevant clinical skills, including G-tube, trach, or ventilator experience or willingness to train.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (in person).
• Experience or willingness to train in pediatric-specific procedures.
