About the role
Tufts Medicine Pediatrics with Boston Children’s Hospital (BCH) is seeking Pediatric Hospitalists to join their robust academic community hospitalist program in the greater Boston area. Positions are available in a network of urban community hospitals within 60 minutes of Boston.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care in various clinical settings including the pediatric inpatient unit, newborn nursery, consultative care in the emergency department, delivery attendance, and level 2A/2B SCN.
- Teach medical students, residents, and physician assistant students.
- Maintain a faculty appointment at Tufts University School of Medicine (TUSM).
- Participate in research and education initiatives.
- Engage in quality improvement projects and professional licensure recertification.
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified in Pediatrics
- PHM Eligible/Certification is welcome, but not required

Pay
The salary range for this position is $180,077 – $200,332 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.
