Pediatric Hospitalist - 7 On / 7 Off

Role Overview: A Pediatric Hospitalist specializing in inpatient care with a 7-on/7-off schedule, offering a sustainable career path with work-life balance and potential for future ownership. Responsibilities include: Providing inpatient pediatrics and newborn care in a Level II Nursery, managing an average of 7-8 newborns daily, supporting hospital resources such as emergency and anesthesia teams, and utilizing EPIC EMR. No outpatient clinic duties are involved. Qualifications & Skills: Board Certified or Eligible Pediatrician with a focus on inpatient pediatrics. Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, and comfort with high-acuity newborn transfer processes. Key Duties: Conducting newborn and pediatric inpatient care, collaborating with hospital teams, supporting weekend NP rounding, and participating in optional moonlighting for additional income.
