Pediatric Hospitalist - 7on/7off

Seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Pediatrician for inpatient pediatrics and newborn care in a supportive environment with a 7-on/7-off schedule. Focus exclusively on inpatient pediatrics and newborns, with no outpatient responsibilities.Manage a Level II Nursery with 1,000+ deliveries annually and an average newborn census of 7-8 patients.Provide care supported by weekday NP rounding, onsite emergency department, anesthesia, and access to pediatric specialists and telemedicine resources.Utilize EPIC EMR and coordinate higher-acuity transfers to tertiary centers.Optional moonlighting for additional income and pathway to partnership after three years.
