About the role
At Pediatric Home Service, RNs and LPNs deliver personalized, 1:1 care that allows children with medical complexities to grow and thrive in the comfort of home. Since 1990, the company has been creating heartwarming memories in pediatric nursing, providing top‑notch one‑on‑one care to help kids live their best lives at home, school, and in their communities.
Locations served include Edina, Wayzata, Richfield, Bloomington, and surrounding areas. Clients are children ages 1‑21 years old who may have tracheostomies, ventilators, or gastrostomy tubes.
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license (required)
- Willingness to learn; pediatric experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends)
- Compassionate, team‑oriented attitude

Pay
Base hourly range: $25.00–$31.00 for LPNs; $35.00–$41.00 for RNs (based on license, experience, and qualifications).
Night & weekend bonus structure:
- Weekday nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
- Weekend nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
- Weekend days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour
Schedule
Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities are available on days, evenings, nights, and weekends (hours subject to change).
