POSITION DETAILS Locations Include: Blaine, Fridley, Mounds View. New Brighton & Surrounding Areas. Hours (subject to change): Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available on days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Client Specifics: Kids ages Infants-21-years old with trachs, vents, and g-tubes.

We're all about providing top-notch one-on-one care to kids with medical complexities, helping them live their best lives at home, school, and within their communities. From tiny tots to young adults, we've got a variety of patients who might have trach, ventilator, or g-tubes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to clients in home and school settings.
- Monitor patient conditions, perform assessments, and report changes to the care team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
- Perform tracheostomy (trach) care, suctioning, and airway management.
- Monitor and manage ventilator-dependent patients and respiratory equipment.
- Administer feedings and medications through gastrostomy tubes (G-tubes) and provide site care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Educate and support family members and caregivers regarding patient care needs.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established care protocols.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic care environment.
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license.
Qualifications
- Pediatric experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn; no prior experience required to get started.
