Pediatric Geneticist Physician

About the role

The Fullerton Genetics Center, a regional hub for medical genetics, genetic counseling, and advanced diagnostic testing, is seeking a board certified or board eligible pediatric geneticist to join their team in Asheville, NC.

Responsibilities

• See at least 5 – 6 patients per day
• See both pediatric and adult patients (about 30 percent pediatrics)
• Join a full-staffed team
• Take call in 1-week increments
• Possibility of teaching opportunities

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible
• Licensed to practice in the state of NC
• Outpatient focus with some inpatient consults
• Ability to see at least 5 – 6 patients a day
• Ability to see both pediatric and adult patients (about 30 percent pediatrics)
