Pediatric Dentist Partner- Mount Sterling Pediatric Dentistry

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care using accepted clinical and radiographic techniques
• Serve as clinical leader for the practice, supporting quality care and team development
• Develop and present treatment plans focused on long-term oral health outcomes
• Deliver care in a compassionate, patient-centered environment
• Mentor and support clinical team members as needed
• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment
• Ensure adherence to all State and Federal regulations, including OSHA, HIPAA, Dental Board standards, and practice policies

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD
• Specialty Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry
• US work authorization
• Licensed to practice in Kentucky
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Interest in long-term growth, ownership, and practice leadership
