Pediatric Dentist Needed for Collaborative Team

Location: Lac du Flambeau, WI (easy commute from Minocqua/Woodruff area)
Type: Full-Time (4-day work week, 10-hour days)

About The Role

Are you tired of corporate "dental mills," rigid production quotas, and hyper-competitive work environments? We are looking for an experienced or newly graduated Pediatric Dentist who wants to focus purely on exceptional patient care without the headaches of running a business. As one of the few providers of specialty pediatric care in beautiful Northern Wisconsin, you will step into an established, collaborative environment supported by experienced general dentists and specialists, including another pediatric dentist.

• Quality Over Quantity: This is a patient-first clinic. A typical day consists of only 9–10 scheduled appointments and a few hygiene exams. Walk-ins are handled flexibly around your primary schedule.
• Hospital Collaboration: Credentialing needed for care at a local area hospital for larger, comprehensive pediatric cases.
• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a standard 4-day work week (10-hour days). Keep your weekends long and open for you/family/friend time.
• We do not perform in-office sedation. This may be a deal breaker for some, but that does not fit into our plan at this time.

Compensation & Benefits

Requirements

• Graduation from an ADA-approved dental program.
• Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Pediatric Dentistry.
• Eligibility for a Wisconsin Dental License.
• Ability to pass accreditation.
