About the role

We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented Pediatric Dentist to lead and grow a brand-new office in the Bearden area of Tennessee. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in launching a new practice, building a patient base, and shaping the culture from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality pediatric dental care in a welcoming, family-friendly environment
• Work alongside an orthodontist in the same office for strong clinical collaboration and comprehensive patient care
• Support patients throughout every stage of their dental development
• Focus on patient care while benefiting from a well-structured operational model
• Grow and establish a new practice with clinical autonomy and a competitive compensation structure

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated to help grow and establish a new practice
• Team-oriented with a positive, patient-first mindset

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred
• Knowledge of the POP (Pediatric & Orthodontic Process) model
• Ability to build a patient base and establish a strong reputation
