Pediatric Dentist

Role Overview

A part-time Pediatric Dentist providing in-office surgical care in collaboration with a Dental Anesthesiologist, focusing on pediatric patients in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform restorative and surgical treatments under sedation
• Collaborate with Dental Anesthesiologist to ensure safe, efficient case flow
• Deliver care confidently, efficiently, and safely
• Partner with office teams to maintain compliant, patient-centered care

Practice Features

• Use of DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units
• Fiber-optic handpieces and sedation support from Dental Anesthesiologists
• Specialized staff for dental specialists
• Regular OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency training
• Insurance plans including PPO and out-of-network options

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited program
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency
• Active or eligible dental license in the practice state
• Current BLS/PALS, DEA, and state-required credentials
• Nitrous Oxide certification as mandated by state
