Our Pediatric Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care. They collaborate with digital marketing strategies, foster communication with medical professionals and stakeholders, and promote efficient service utilization and program development.

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program
- Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state required
- Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred

Compensation Range
$84,513.00 – $126,770.00 per year
This position is also eligible for: bonus / equity / student loan repayment / relocation assistance.
The compensation range listed reflects the good faith estimate of pay this organization reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.
