Position Summary:
Our Pediatric Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care. They collaborate with digital marketing strategies, foster communication with medical professionals and stakeholders, and promote efficient service utilization and program development. Clinic Directors lead in continuing education, mentorship, and team performance enhancement.

- Oversee clinic operations and manage clinical and non-clinical staff
- Work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care
- Collaborate with digital marketing strategies
- Foster communication with medical professionals and stakeholders
- Lead in continuing education and mentorship
- Facilitate and participate in continuing education
- Provide individualized support to enhance team performance
- Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program
- Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state required
- Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred

Requirements:
- You must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program
