Our Pediatric Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care. They collaborate with digital marketing strategies, foster communication with medical professionals and stakeholders, and promote efficient service utilization and program development. Clinic Directors lead in continuing education, mentorship, and individualized support to enhance team performance.

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
- Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state required as there is a treating component to this opportunity.
- Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.

- Compensation Range: $84,513.00 – $126,770.00 per year. This position is also eligible for: bonus / equity / student loan repayment / relocation assistance.

Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and organizational need. Any listed salary range or contractual rate does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
