Pediatric BMT Clinician

About the role

The Aflac Cancer & Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and the Emory University Department of Pediatrics invite applications for a faculty level position in pediatric Blood and Marrow Transplantation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in pediatric Blood and Marrow Transplantation, including inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
• Contribute to the research activities of the BMT Program, which includes basic, clinical, and translational research.
• Participate in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows through clinical and research training.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various departments and institutions to advance research and clinical care in pediatric hematology/oncology.

Requirements

• Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology.
• Currently licensed as a physician in the State of Georgia.

Qualifications

• MD, MD/PhD, or DO degree.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Schedule

The primary focus of this position will be an emphasis on clinical service including inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, and administrative duties.
