Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one behavioral support services to an adult client with Autism, using evidence-based strategies
- Support skill development focused on independence, daily living, and positive behavior
- Implement individualized care and behavior support plans under clinical guidance
- Accurately collect and record session data using electronic systems
- Foster a respectful, supportive, and structured environment
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and family members to support treatment goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and a genuine interest in supporting adults with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and professionalism
- Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations

Pay

Schedule
All positions start part-time and encourage completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training.
