Pediatric/Adolescent Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW LMHC)
About the role
LifeStance Health is hiring part-time and full-time licensed Therapists (LICSW/LMHC) to join our Integrated Care and outpatient team. This split position involves providing integrated behavioral health care within a family medicine primary care office and outpatient psychotherapy. It is ideal for clinicians with experience working with people across the lifespan using empirically supported treatment in a primary care environment who enjoy a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Work as an imbedded clinician within a family medicine office as an integral part of primary care teams
- Serve primarily pediatric and adolescent patients on issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions and other mental health concerns
- Use evidence-based therapies including CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment
- Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions
- Frequently consult with medical professionals
Qualifications
- Licensed Therapist (LICSW/LMHC) with excellent communication skills and clinical acumen
- Experience working with people across the lifespan utilizing empirically supported treatment
- Experience in a primary care environment
- Comfort with a quick pace, thinking well on one's feet, and valuing interdisciplinary work
